2017 Giant Rapid 0 Bike

Dubbed 'The London Bike' by Giant's development team, the Giant Rapid 0 flat bar road bike is the ultimate urban commuter.

At the heart of the Rapid road bike is an advanced ALUXX SL aluminium frame with a high strength to weight ratio for sporty characteristics. Double butted tube walls lighten the ride while Double pass Smooth Welds and hand sanding create a strong and stylish looking frame.

Geometry is comfortably stretched, for speed, while the flat handlebar improves visibility and enhances control.  A composite carbon bladed fork to shave extra weight and reduce road vibrations.

Showing its commuter capabilities, the Giant Rapid 0 is fully compatible for mudguards, racks and is equipped with puncture resistant tyres. Powerful hydraulic disc brakes offer improved stopping in all weather.

The Giant Rapid 0 is well spec'd with a performance level Shimano 105 2x11 speed drivetrain with crisp and precise shifting matched to a simple 2x set up. Giant’s own P-R2 wheels are stiff for a responsive, road inspired ride. The Rapid 0 is the ultimate city bike.
